Shea is no stranger to the Sydney hairdressing world having worked as artistic director of both Menage a trois alongisde former hairdressser of the year, Isabelle Brand. Then to his own businesss for many years at Salon 266, and later a great stint in Newtown at Head of Excessive.

A former Wella Trend vision winner and a finalist, Shea has been guest educator Wella internationally and Haircare Australia.
